1.Estimate
Please email us and tell us the type and length of knife you want.
We will estimate the price and send you the full price of the knives, plus shipping and bank charges.
We will also inform you of the delivery date at this time.
If there is any mistake, please do not hesitate to ask for the delivery date.
2.Delivery Address
After you have agreed to the quotation and delivery date,
we will ask you for the address to which we will send your order when it is completed.
We offer a service to put your name or favorite words on the knife.
At this time, we will ask you what words you want to put on the knife.
The maximum number of characters is 5.
3.Payment
After we ask for your shipping address, we will provide you with the payment informaition.
We currently only accept bank transfers or direct cash payment. Please notice that we currently only accept cash payments from people living in Japan.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you four your understanding.
4.Start of production
After receiving the fee, we will start the production.
We produce each piece carefully after your order.
Depending on the status of the order at the time,we may be able to start production immediately after the order arrives, or we may start production in the oeder of those who have ordered.

5.Comopleted
We will contact you when the whole process is finished and completed.
Once comleted, it will be ready for shipping within a few days.
6.Shipping
Carefully pack the finished product and arrange for delivery.
